By accessing or using Elynx Vault, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

Terms of Service
These terms govern access to the Elynx Vault website, wallet-profile flow and ledger experience.

Clear terms, kept current.This document describes the present Aegis experience. Contracting-entity, jurisdiction and regulatory details must be confirmed by qualified counsel before production launch.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for your credentials, activity performed through your account, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised access.
The service
Elynx Vault provides a secure account and ledger environment for supported digital-asset information and related administrative workflows. Available assets, custody arrangements, transaction capabilities and jurisdictions may vary and may require separate verification or agreements.
Wallet profiles and ledger records
A public wallet address and provider may be linked to your account. Portfolio quantities, valuations and status changes may be recorded or adjusted by authorised administrators. You should review ledger information and promptly report any discrepancy.
Market information
Displayed market prices may come from third-party data providers and can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Portfolio values are informational calculations based on recorded quantities; they are not a promise of execution price, liquidity, ownership verification, or investment performance.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, misrepresent your identity or authority, interfere with security or availability, probe for vulnerabilities without permission, upload malicious code, abuse other users, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.
Security responsibilities
Use a unique password and secure your email and devices. Elynx Vault will never ask you to disclose a seed phrase, recovery phrase or private key. You are responsible for verifying communications and reporting suspicious requests.
Third-party services
Wallet providers, market-data sources, networks and external websites are operated by third parties under their own terms and policies. Elynx Vault is not responsible for third-party systems outside its control.
Availability and changes
We may maintain, modify, suspend or discontinue features to protect the service, meet legal requirements or improve operations. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Material changes to these terms will be communicated appropriately.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or close access where reasonably necessary for security, suspected misuse, legal compliance, prolonged inactivity or breach of these terms. You may request account closure subject to applicable retention and contractual requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed in writing. Liability exclusions and limits must be interpreted subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded. Jurisdiction-specific limits will be confirmed before production launch.
Governing terms and contact
Any service-specific agreement may supplement these terms and will control if there is a direct conflict.
